2. Commercial Use License:

General Provisions:

• No Transfer of Copyright: No transfer or grant of any rights under copyright is made or implied through the purchase of the digital art copy. ILYMyL.com retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the original digital art picture.
• Indemnification: Licensee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ILYMyL.com from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the use or misuse of the digital art copy.
• Termination: ILYMyL.com reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if the terms of this agreement are breached. Upon termination, the Licensee shall cease all use of the digital art copy and delete or destroy any copies thereof.

By purchasing a digital art copy from ILYMyL.com, the Licensee acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of this copyright statement.
